1 General Provisions

beat baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between beat baji and its users. By accessing the beat baji website or creating an account, you fully accept these terms.

These terms and conditions may be available in both English and Bengali. However, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative document for Bangladeshi users. In the event of any inconsistency, the Bengali text shall take precedence.

beat baji reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes shall be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on beat baji, a user must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. No one below this age limit may create an account, and any such account will be immediately considered void.

2.1 Age Verification

During account verification, beat baji may request valid identification (National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate). Failure to provide the required documents, or providing false information, will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

beat baji provides services to users in Bangladesh. Accounts may not be operated from any region or country where online betting or gaming is strictly prohibited. Users are personally responsible for complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

When registering on beat baji, users must provide accurate and complete information. An active mobile number and email address are required for registration.

3.1 Account Information

The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be correct. To change any information later, you must contact the beat baji support team directly. Providing incorrect information may result in delays in payment processing or account closure.

3.2 Password Security

Keeping account login details confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. beat baji will never ask for a password by email or message. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify the support team immediately. The user bears responsibility for any loss resulting from unauthorised access.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, beat baji may complete an identity verification check. This process may require a photo of your National ID card, a selfie, or bank account documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit and withdrawal services on beat baji are handled through popular mobile banking and banking channels in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). Funds must be sent only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name — deposits from third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer are available for withdrawals. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will not be completed if there is an active bonus wagering requirement on the account.

4.3 Withdrawal Rejection

beat baji may suspend or reject a withdrawal for any of the following reasons:

• KYC verification is incomplete
• Suspicious activity has been identified on the account
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• The withdrawal method details do not match the account information
• The same transaction has been submitted more than once

5 Bonuses and Promotions

beat baji offers various bonuses for new and existing users. Each bonus has specific terms that must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning bets totalling ৳15,000 must be placed for a ৳1,000 bonus. This requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotions

beat baji runs various promotions for regular members, including a weekly reload bonus, Cricket Charge bonus, and Monday Slot Recharge. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to earn bonuses, betting against yourself, or any form of coordinated manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the bonus cancelled.

6 Sports Betting Rules

beat baji offers betting on various sports including cricket and football. All rules relating to betting are set out in this section.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets may be placed until an event begins; for live betting, bets must be placed within the specified time limit. If an event is cancelled for any reason, the stake will be returned.

6.2 Odds and Changes

beat baji reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed shall be considered final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical issue, beat baji reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.3 Result Determination

Bet results will be determined according to the official results of the relevant international sports body (e.g. ICC, FIFA). In the event of any dispute over a result, beat baji's decision shall be considered final.

7 Casino and Gaming

beat baji offers various games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and Teen Patti. The following rules apply to gaming.

7.1 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Each game result is independent and does not depend on previous results.

7.2 Disconnection

If your internet connection is lost during a game, the data stored on the beat baji server shall be considered final. In this case, the result will be determined once the current round of the game is complete.

7.3 Gaming Limits

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on beat baji and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

8.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating an account using a false identity
• Making deposits using stolen payment methods
• Operating multiple accounts
• Coordinated betting to abuse bonuses
• Using software or bots on the beat baji system

8.2 Money Laundering

9 Account Suspension and Closure

beat baji may suspend or permanently close an account for any reason. Users may also close their own account voluntarily.

9.1 Closure by beat baji

beat baji may close an account in the following circumstances: violation of these rules, evidence of fraud, failure to complete age verification, or prolonged inactivity. In such cases, a process to return any remaining valid balance may be initiated, but it will be held while an investigation is ongoing.

9.2 Closure by the User

To close your account, contact the beat baji support team directly. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure. If you wish to take a temporary break, a self-exclusion option is also available.

10 Limitation of Liability

beat baji accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by the user's network or device issues
• Disruption to gaming or betting due to technical errors
• Loss resulting from third-party services (mobile banking delays)
• Leakage of the user's account information
• Loss resulting from the user's financial decisions

beat baji's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the relevant single transaction.
